— MOVEMENT INTELLIGENCE FROM APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Cueon reads from Apple Health: steps, sleep, active and resting calories, heart rate variability, VO₂ Max, weight, body fat, and workouts. Every metric is opt-in and you control which ones are shared. Cueon never writes to Apple Health.

— CUEON SLEEP SCORE A clear daily score combining sleep duration, stage quality, and continuity — so you know whether you are recovered enough to train hard today, or whether to dial it back.

— LIVE SESSIONS Real-time workouts with your coach. Heart rate, effort, and movement quality visible to both of you. Designed for in-person studio sessions, online PT, and group classes.

— PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING Track the metrics that matter for your training, with the context of how you have been recovering and what your coach has assigned. No vanity numbers. No engagement-bait notifications.

— PRIVACY-FIRST Your health data is yours. Cueon never uses your data for advertising. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You can revoke any permission at any time from iOS Settings.
