Set the client and project name once on the shared Project Details card. The values carry across Hours, Kilometers and Per Diem so every PDF stays consistent — and the calendar shows you which entries belong to which project.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your data lives in your own iCloud Private Database via CloudKit. No user accounts, no servers reading your information, no advertising IDs, no analytics. The backend that renders the PDFs forgets every request the moment it returns one.

The app is free to install and use for all input and preview features. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited PDF generation and saving calendar entries:
