Goals and outcomes: Set what you're working toward and see your protocol against the metrics that matter. Joust connects to Apple Health to bring in your weight, body fat, blood pressure, HRV, and sleep, and imports your Quest and LabCorp lab PDFs so your bloodwork lives next to your dose history.

Schedules: Steady, titration, or custom cycles. Joust logs each dose, reminds you when one is due, and tells you when your plan calls for a change.

Reconstitution: Enter your vial size, water, and dose, and Joust converts them into the units to draw — with concentration and volume — recorded straight to your log.

Inventory: Tracks doses remaining and your beyond-use date. Reorder reminders factor in your product lead times so you have time to restock before you run out.

Privacy: Your protocol is personal, and so is your data. Your doses, compounds, and bloodwork are encrypted on your device. Joust's servers cannot read your data.
