MTN HLTH is the companion app for members of MTN HLTH, a longevity and health optimization medical practice. It gives you one private place to manage your care between visits.

With the MTN HLTH app you can: • Message your provider right from the app • Review your personalized wellness plan and current medications • Connect Apple Health so your care team can see your metrics • Complete check-ins before your visits so your provider is prepared • See your lab and bloodwork instructions and track your results • Book, reschedule, and join virtual or in-office visits • View your prescribed therapies • Manage your membership, payment methods, and billing

Access requires an active MTN HLTH account. The app is intended for existing patients of the practice and is meant to be used alongside care directed by your provider.
