A daily rhythm.

Tide is a small habits app for people who'd rather return than punish themselves. You pick a few intentions — anything from "swim" to "breathe" to "no phone before bed" — and Tide visualises them as a single tide. Rituals raise the water. Missed days pull it back, gently. The tide is yours to keep.

There is no streak to defend. No "great job" energy. No red marks. When the day is full, the tide is full. When it isn't, tomorrow is still there.

A single Today view where the whole day reads at a glance — a rising-water hero, a ring of intentions, or concentric arcs if you prefer.

Long-press any intention to edit, pause, or check the history. Tide handles four kinds — a simple yes-or-no, a count, a duration, or a mood check-in — and five cadences from daily to flexible.

A sundown moment for reflection — a few lines and a mood, kept private on your device, synced only through your own iCloud.

Three breaths. A 4-7-8 breathing exercise, about a minute, for when the day needs a pause.

An insights view that's a heatmap, not a leaderboard — twelve weeks of sage squares, never red.

Tide will never push you more than three notes a day, and never inside your quiet hours. Morning, midday, and sundown cairns are gentle markers — easy to silence, easy to keep. The only streak notification ever sent is a quiet thank-you the morning after thirty, sixty, a hundred days. There is no nightly shaming.

Reflections sync over iCloud, and only iCloud. Export your words as Markdown or CSV whenever you want — your journal goes with you, into Files, iCloud Drive, anywhere you'd like to keep them. No accounts on our server, because there is no server.

Tide is built for iOS 26 with Apple's Liquid Glass — frosted tabs, gentle ripples, warm paper underneath. Pick an accent that fits you (tide, sage, bloom, or amber), choose light, dark, or follow your system, and the time of day will quietly tune the background as the hours pass.

— Optional tips —

A small tip jar lives in Settings. The app is free, and the door is open if a year of quiet rhythm feels worth a coffee, a pastry, a walk, or an evening out. There's no paywall, no premium tier, no daily login reward.
