Your coach invited you here so the work you do together has somewhere to live between sessions. It's not another app trying to nag you into being your best self. It's a 30-second check-in each morning, a streak counter that doesn't judge missed days, and a way to send your coach a note at 9pm without feeling like you're bothering anyone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON GROVE • Daily check-ins. A 30-second reflection each morning. Check in over coffee or right before bed. Your coach sees how you're doing and prepares for your next session. • Habit nudges. Small, consistent prompts for the things you're working on. Tap to log. Watch your streaks build at your pace. • Message your coach. Send a note when something comes up between sessions. Your coach replies when they're back at their desk.

GRACE FOR THE GAP If you miss a day, no big deal. You can go back and fill it in, or skip it. Your coach sees the trend either way.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Only you and your coach can see what you write. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't run it through advertising or analytics that link back to you. AI-assisted features require explicit consent from both you and your coach, and either side can turn them off any time.
