One Score, Six Dimensions

Your MeritzApp Score is calculated across six key areas:

• Savings Rate — how much of your income you keep • Debt Health — your debt-to-income ratio and interest burden • Emergency Fund — how many months of essential expenses you can cover • Investment — your funding level and asset class diversification • Insurance — your coverage across health, life, accident, and property • Planning — your long-term goals, retirement planning, and snapshot recency

Each dimension is scored transparently, with formulas you can review inside the app.

Private by Design

MeritzApp does not use accounts, servers, analytics, ads, tracking, or bank connections. Your data is stored locally in the app sandbox. You can export your data to JSON or reset everything at any time.

Take snapshots over time to build a personal financial history. The Score tab shows your trend and highlights month-over-month changes, helping you see whether your habits are moving in the right direction.
