DISTANCE & ROUTE — IF YOU WANT IT Turn on location tracking to see your distance and route drawn on a map. Or leave it off. Quiet Run works great either way. Every tracking feature is optional, because not every run needs to be measured.

YOUR STATS, YOUR WAY See weekly summaries, streaks, and feelings over time. Toggle anything you don't care about. Hide the timer during runs. Switch between km and miles. Show or hide distance entirely. Make it yours.

APPLE WATCH Start, pause, and finish runs from your wrist. Record voice memos and drop pins — everything syncs back to your phone.

APPLE HEALTH Import past running workouts and automatically save new ones to Apple Health. Or don't — it's up to you.
