THE TILE DASHBOARD A glance-able screen for the rider in the saddle. Power from your meter or trainer fills a 250° arc and changes color by zone; cadence from any source you've connected; heart rate from your strap; speed from your speed sensor or trainer: • Z1–Z7 rail with the active zone lit up • 3-second / 10-second / 30-second rolling averages • Intensity factor and normalized power • Optional left/right balance disks when your meter reports it • Ride stats: duration, work in kJ, TSS, speed • Tap anywhere to pause, tap again to resume

ANALYZE Compare rides, sensors, and power sources side-by-side. Load FIT files from Strava, TrainingPeaks, WKO, your head unit, or any export source - overlay them on the same charts that drive the live dashboard, with the same averages and TSS.

POWER ANALYTICS, TRAINING-GRADE The numbers that matter, computed by the standard formulas - no shortcuts: • Normalized Power (30-second rolling fourth-power root) • Intensity Factor (NP / FTP) • Training Stress Score (hours × IF² × 100) • Total work in kilojoules (W·s ÷ 1000) • Power zones from Z1 (Active Recovery) through Z7 (Neuromuscular)
