Sign in with a PIN — no email, no password. Tap the company code, tap your PIN, you're in.

See today's visits — pulled live from Jobber, sorted by time.

Track time with one tap — the stopwatch starts when you arrive, stops when you leave. Labour billed automatically.

Speak your job notes — describe the work the way you'd tell a coworker. Jill transcribes, polishes, and structures it into Transcription, Items, Labour, and Total before sending it back to Jobber as a clean job note.

Scan parts as you grab them — the in-app pricebook recognises barcodes. Items land on the invoice with the right price and tax.

Capture before, during, and after photos — Jill groups them automatically and attaches them to the Jobber job.

Review and submit — one screen shows parts, labour, and grand total. Tap submit, the invoice is sent to the office, the visit is closed, and you're on to the next call.

Requirements

Jill requires a Jobber account. Your company admin sets up the company code, techs, pricebook, and pricing strategy once. Techs only need their PIN.

Permissions

Microphone — to record voice job notes. Audio is retained for 30 days for accuracy review, then deleted.

Camera — to capture before, during, and after photos and scan part barcodes.

Internet — to sync visits, notes, and invoices with Jobber.

Privacy

Jill stores only what's needed to do the job: PIN auth, your active visits, voice recordings for 30 days, photos, and invoice line items. Voice recordings are processed for transcription and never used to train AI models. Full policy at
