HFMG Cx App is a professional commissioning field application for commissioning providers, facility consultants, TAB firms, mechanical contractors, engineers, and companies that manage equipment verification and field documentation.

The app helps commissioning teams create and manage projects, document equipment assets, complete PFT and FPT checklists, track observations, attach issue photos, and generate polished issue log and final commissioning PDF reports.

Designed for phone and tablet use, HFMG Cx App keeps asset information separate from form questions, supports vertical single-asset forms and shared grid-style forms for repeated terminal equipment, and provides progress tracking at the project, asset, and form level.
