OSS Manager is the complete management platform for martial arts academies. Built for Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Muay Thai, and other martial arts schools, it centralizes everything your team needs to run a professional academy.

STUDENT MANAGEMENT Add and manage students, track profiles, control enrollment approvals, and maintain a full graduation history, all in one place.

ATTENDANCE & CHECK-IN Record class attendance manually or through GPS based self check-in. Schools can enable spot reservations for classes, so students reserve their place in advance and instructors see confirmed attendees and waitlists at a glance. Weekly check-in limits per plan are also supported. Teachers can approve or correct records directly from the app.

BELT & GRADUATION SYSTEM Track each student's belt progression with full history, including a monthly grading system for youth students. Students can request belt upgrades directly from the app, and instructors review and approve each request. Generate and share official PDF certificates automatically upon graduation.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Create payment plans, manage student contracts including discounts, and collect payments securely via Stripe. Schools without a payment gateway can accept manual payment proof instead. Students can choose between automatic or manual billing, view their active contract, transaction history, and outstanding balances directly from the app.

COMPETITIONS Students can submit external competition results for instructor validation and track their full competition history. Instructors review submissions and award recognition, keeping a complete record of performance outside the academy.

GAMIFICATION & ENGAGEMENT Keep students motivated with XP points, streaks, badges, and leaderboards. Reward attendance, graduations, and competition results to drive long-term retention, and let students share their milestones as social cards.

NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS Post school news and announcements visible to all students in the academy. Keep everyone informed about events, schedule changes, and important updates.

EVENTS & CALENDAR Create and manage school events with full details. Students can view the academy's event calendar directly from the app.

FOR STUDENTS Students can view their own profile, class schedule, belt progression, certificates, event calendar, competition history, and gamification ranking, all from the app.

FOR INSTRUCTORS & OWNERS Full backoffice access to manage classes with support for head and assistant teachers, students, finances, and school settings. Multi-profile support allows parents or guardians to manage multiple students from a single account.
