HOW IT WORKS • Place your phone on the rebounder frame (a MagSafe-compatible mount is recommended for best results) • Choose a training mode and hit start • STRIQ uses your phone’s motion sensors to register strikes automatically • Review hits, streaks, timing, and session history when you’re done

TRAINING MODES • Counter — unlimited time; count every hit and push your volume • Timed — race the clock and max your strikes in 30 seconds to 5 minutes • Reaction — respond to coloured cues; hit on green and amber, hold on red • Rhythm — strike in time with the metronome; scored on timing accuracy
