HOW IT WORKS

Every session is planned for you — walk and jog intervals that match where you are right now. Too hard? Too easy? The plan adjusts after every session based on how you felt.

You progress through four phases:

• Foundations: Walk with short jog intervals. Build the habit.
• Building: Longer jogs, shorter walks. Finding your rhythm.
• Running: Sustained running with walk breaks when you need them.
• Exploring: You're a runner. Mix it up and keep going.
