Helena's recommendations are based on scientific literature published on nutrition and hormone health. When data is uncertain, the app tells you rather than making a definitive judgment.

Helena is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace your doctor, gynecologist, or dietitian. It is a daily support tool, to be used in addition to your medical care. For any symptoms, treatments, or significant dietary changes, please speak to a healthcare professional.

SUBSCRIPTION

Helena offers a subscription with automatic renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
