Plico - Messages to Calendar

Create a shared plan room, collect available dates from friends, and save the finalized plan to your calendar.

Plico helps you coordinate plans on iPhone without heavy account setup. Create a plan room, share an invite link, and invitees can pick the dates that work for them without logging in. The host can review responses in the app, finalize the date, and save the result to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.

Plico also turns schedule text from chat messages, restaurant reservations, event announcements, newsletters, and notes into calendar events through the iOS Share Sheet.

■ Key Features

• Plico Meet / Plan Rooms Enter a plan name, your name, and the expected participant count. Pick possible dates on a calendar, share the invite link, and let participants choose the dates that work for them.

• Native Host Status Open a room from the Plans tab to see x/participants per date, who picked each date, total response progress, invite sharing, host availability editing, and finalization.

• Host Completion Notification Plico can notify the host when all expected participants have responded. This works only after iOS notification permission is granted.

• Save Finalized Plans Save finalized plans to Apple Calendar, or to Google Calendar after you connect your Google account.

• Korean and English Text-to-Event Extraction Plico recognizes natural phrases such as "Dinner this Friday at 7pm in Gangnam" or Korean chat messages with dates, times, places, and titles.

• Review Before Saving Plico does not save extracted events blindly. Review and edit the event first, with low-confidence fields visually highlighted.

• Event Catalog Beta Browse public events and save selected events to your calendar. The catalog loads only public listings from a read-only backend.

■ Privacy

Shared-text event parsing runs on device. Apple Calendar permission is used only to add events you explicitly confirm. Google Calendar integration runs only after you connect your Google account, and only the event you confirm is sent directly to the Google Calendar API.

Plico Meet may store only the scheduling data needed for shared rooms, such as room title, candidate dates, display names, availability responses, expected participant count, and finalized event details. It does not upload Share Sheet text, on-device parsing results, Apple Calendar data, Google Calendar data, or Google OAuth tokens to the Meet backend.

No advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK, and no tracking.
