2026-05-06	Sa*****		My partner told me my reactions are overly emotional so I started researching for solutions, as I do and I came across this app because it promised to help me regulate my emotions in under 3 minutes. I was skeptical but also desperate to be a healthier partner. So I downloaded it and did some of the practices which were good. But what truly was life changing was then I was about to react but I remembered this app has a regulation feature so I went to the bathroom, did a 3 minute somatic practice and felt instantly more clear headed. I was then able to go back to my partner and explain why I felt the way I did instead of defending myself and blaming him. I’m definitely keeping this in my back pocket.
