Chakra ships with a curated library of Colorado events — Triple
Bypass, Double Bypass, Bob Cook Memorial Mt. Evans, Buena Vista
Bike Fest, Outlaw Gravel, and more. Pick the ride you're training
for, and Chakra works backward to build the plan that gets you
there. Or create a custom race with your own date, distance, and
elevation.
— A PLAN THAT ADAPTS —
Every plan is periodized through Build, Peak, and Taper phases
(plus a Base phase when the race window is long enough). Targets
are calculated from your real ride history, not generic templates
— so a 4-hour-a-week rider and a 12-hour-a-week rider get plans
that actually fit their lives.
If you over- or under-train one week, the plan recalibrates the
next. No manual logging. No coach to message.
— NUTRITION, BUILT IN —
Each phase comes with daily fueling targets — calories, carbs,
protein, hydration, and timing — calibrated to your bodyweight
and the demand of that phase. Peak weeks get the highest
calorie and carb floors; taper weeks back off without losing
glycogen stores. No vague "fuel smart" advice — Chakra tells
you what your day should look like.

Trends and projections from your last six months of rides show
you exactly where your fitness is going. Speed, climb-adjusted
speed, weekly distance, and elevation — all charted and
projected through race day.
— PRIVATE BY DESIGN —
Chakra has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no third-
party SDKs. Your workouts and training plan stay on your iPhone.
The app reads cycling workouts from Apple Health on-device only,
and never transmits any of your data, anywhere.
You can revoke Apple Health access in Settings at any time.

• An iPhone (Apple Watch optional — any device that writes
cycling workouts to Apple Health works)
