Saturday, 11:42 PM. You tap the glass icon, pick "beer," adjust the ABV slider, and save. The home screen updates with an estimated BAC and a color-coded band - green for lower, yellow past one hour, orange past three, red past six.

Sunday, 9:15 AM. You open HungRecover and it shows an informational estimate based on the drinks and timing you entered. You can log water against a hydration target and use a general self-care checklist if it feels helpful.

What it does:

• BAC estimate using Widmark formula (editable weight and biology constants)
• Five educational estimate phases: Peak Window, Active Window, Gradual Improvement, Almost There, Countdown Complete

• General self-care checklist (reorderable, optional)
• Multi-month mood check-in calendar (1-5 scale, per-day notes, drinking intention)
• Local history via SwiftData - no account, no cloud, no server
• Delete All My Data in Settings wipes everything immediately
• Optional HungRecover Plus ($9.99 one-time lifetime, non-consumable) - unlocks Comparative Analytics, Custom Drink Presets, and Custom Checklist Steps. Restore Purchases supported via Apple ID.

Privacy: Everything stays on your device. No sign-up, no analytics tied to your identity. HungRecover Plus uses RevenueCat to process purchase + restore with anonymous app user IDs; your wellness records never reach Apple or RevenueCat. Uninstalling or using Delete All My Data removes your records.
