Pranv brings chat, voice and video calls, tasks, leave, and attendance into a single app deployed privately for your organisation. No public sign-ups. No advertising. Your messages stay between you and your colleagues.

Pranv is invite-only — your workplace administrator creates accounts, so there's no consumer onboarding flow. If your team has been onboarded, sign in with the email your administrator added.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Encrypted chat Direct messages and group chats with end-to-end encryption. Each device holds its own keys; our servers route ciphertext they cannot read. Voice notes, photos, files, replies, reactions, and read receipts.

• Voice and video calls Native CallKit on iPhone — calls ring on the lock screen and appear in Recents. SRTP-encrypted media. Switches cleanly between Wi-Fi and cellular. Background VoIP push so calls land even when the app isn't open.

• Office calendar See everyone's day at a glance in one shared view. Drag tasks to reschedule on a teammate's column, drop unscheduled tasks onto any free slot, and avoid double-booking with built-in free/busy hints. Solo mode focuses on one person at a time, including a one-tap "Me" filter for your own column.

• Tasks Multi-assignee tasks with priority, labels, due dates, time blocks, comments, attachments, and an activity log. Recurring tasks supported. Tasks created in chat or the calendar live in the same place; nothing splits across tools.

• Leave and attendance Request leave, see who's in the office today, and check in or out. Managers approve from their phone. Everyone sees the same source of truth — no spreadsheets, no email threads.

• Live status Who's around, who's on a call, who's heads-down. Real-time updates over a single push channel — no polling, so it doesn't drain the battery.

WHO PRANV IS FOR

Pranv is built for small and mid-size teams that need one tool for the conversations, decisions, and time-tracking that make up a workday — without forcing everyone onto five different apps.

Common deployments: professional services firms (legal, finance, consulting), agencies and studios, distributed product teams, and any workplace that wants chat, calls, and task tracking under one brand and one privacy policy.

PRIVACY, BY DESIGN

Pranv is sold to companies, deployed for their teams. We never sell access to individuals or run consumer ads. We collect the minimum data required to operate the service: account identity, device tokens for push, and the basic event history needed for audit ("who joined this call", "when was this task created"). The full list is in the in-app Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account from inside the app — Profile → Settings → Delete account — and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

REQUIREMENTS

• An invitation from your workplace administrator • iOS 16 or later • A working internet connection (recently-seen content is cached for offline reading)
