BodyFeel is a private daily journal for meals, sleep, energy, mood and the symptoms you'd rather understand. Log in seconds. BodyFeel quietly looks for the patterns connecting them.

What you can track • Meals — quick-add by name, with categories • Symptoms — type and severity (1–5) • Sleep — hours and quality • Energy — five-step scale, drained to peak • Activity — type, duration, intensity • Mood — one-tap check-ins • Hydration — water intake in ml • Cycle — period flow and cycle stats (for women)

Patterns, not diagnoses BodyFeel runs a small statistical model on your own data — Welch's t-tests, two-proportion comparisons, and false-discovery-rate control — to surface observations like: • "On symptom days, sleep may be less." • "Meals containing tomato may be followed by symptoms within 6 hours." • "Symptom frequency may be falling over the last week."

Every observation comes with hedged language, the sample size it's based on, and an effect-size label. High-confidence findings only appear when they replicate in both halves of your data.

This is a tool to spot patterns to discuss with your clinician. It is not a diagnostic, and it does not provide medical advice.
