Jeddah’s first Lagree studio since early 2024, Sauce Club began as a small home studio before expanding into our current boutique space in 2025. Founded by Soraya Bakhtiar, the studio was created to introduce the Lagree method to Jeddah in a more intimate, community-driven environment.

SAUCE CLUB is a boutique Lagree fitness studio designed for women who want an intense, effective, and empowering workout — with a space to connect and gather.

Using the Lagree method on the Mega Pro, our classes combine slow, controlled movements with constant tension to build strength, improve endurance, and sculpt the body. Expect shaking muscles, deep core work, and the signature Sauce Club burn.

Our small group classes (maximum of 6 clients) ensure personalized attention from our expert trainers, so every movement is performed with precision and purpose. In addition to studio classes, we also offer personal training, occasional mat classes, and special pop-up sessions on Microformers.
