We have beginners classes perfect for those who haven’t tried Lagree yet, or are looking to refine their technique before joining a mixed class. This class will introduce you to the method’s key movements with slower transition times and extra guidance. You’ll learn proper form, machine setup, and safe transitions while still getting an effective full-body workout. Expect supportive coaching, clear cues, and form corrections.

Our Classic Lagree classes are 45 min authentic Lagree for mixed abilities. Expect a total-body workout with fast transitions, time under tension, mind to muscle connection, and lots of shakes! Perfect for those looking to take the next step from beginners classes, or those with a moderate level of experience in other methods of exercise.

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout method performed on a specialised machine called the Megaformer (or similar Lagree machine).

It focuses on:

• Slow, controlled movements
• Constant muscle tension
• Minimal rest
• Core engagement in every exercise

What makes Lagree different?

Low impact: Easy on the joints but very challenging for the muscles High intensity: Muscles fatigue quickly because movements are slow and controlled
