I’ve never used an app to track my lifts but I thought I’d give this a try to build some consistency. I love how simple it is, it’s a lift logging app and nothing else. I wanted something without any noise or “bells and whistles”, just a place to track my progress. It’s very user friendly especially as a first time tracking app user. I do enjoy the color schemes too! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This app is just what I needed to keep track of my workouts and my progress without having to use my notes app. And there are soo many different exercises included when building a workout, so no matter what I’m doing I can find it.

Honestly, this app is exactly what I needed!! No fluff, no social stuff, just lets you log your lifts and build your own routines. Does one thing and does it well. If you’re tired of apps trying to do everything, this is it!!
