Daily wellness check-ins Two minutes in the morning. Sleep, soreness, mood, stress, fatigue. Your responses go straight to your performance staff and show up in the trend lines you and your coaches review together.

Syncs from Apple Health Axon Pulse reads your activity, sleep and recovery data from Apple Health on iOS, with your permission. If you use a wearable, its data flows into Apple Health on your phone, and Axon Pulse brings it together with your check-ins into one consistent view. Axon Pulse does not connect to any device itself.
