2026-07-26	Ok*****	Great for people just starting to lift, run or both! The adaptive training plans are awesome and easy to use. I’ve tried other apps and none of the plans they generate are as individualized as FitCove! FitCove is also receptive to user input and constantly releasing great updates! Only thing that is needed is the ability to directly connect to Garmin devices!
