MyTwin Athletes helps athletes monitor their training load and receive personalized vigilance insights to support healthy sports habits and performance.

The app provides a non-medical Vigilance Score based on:

• sports practiced,
• playing frequency and recent activity,
• athlete profile,
• connected wellness data.

Users can optionally improve the personalization of their Vigilance Score by providing additional health and fitness information, including:

• age, height, weight, and VO2 max,
• lifestyle habits,
• previous injuries, surgeries, and medical history,
• connected smartwatch and activity data.
