RECORD SLEEP

• Choose Night or Nap, then enter dates and times.
• Note wakeups, their duration, feeds, mood on waking and your observations.
• Find and edit every entry, including several sleep periods on the same day.

READ A DIARY DAY The diary groups entries from noon to noon. It shows recorded time excluding wakeups and the portion recorded as naps, without counting overlapping periods twice. Durations use elapsed time, including clock changes. A day with entries may still be incomplete: the app only knows what you record.

The calendar opens every entry for a day. The chart and night statistics remain separate from naps.

A PDF TO KEEP OR SHARE The A4 diary includes a noon-to-noon grid with naps marked, a descriptive summary, the recorded periods and dated notes. It is generated on your iPhone, offline, over 7, 14 or 28 days.
