Gatekeep

Gatekeep puts a short challenge: math, a word, logic, a memory pattern, or a few slow breaths, between you and the apps you open without thinking. Solve it, and the app unlocks for a set time. When that time's up, it locks again.

Pick which apps to gate, how hard the challenge is, and how long each unlock lasts. Gatekeep tracks your streak, shows a countdown on your Lock Screen while unlocked, and gives you stats on what you open and how often.
