Getting off your phone is difficult. EndTheRot makes it a game.

EndTheRot makes you earn your screen time. Take a walk, do a workout, finish your chores. It’s up to you.

Haven’t done anything yet? Then you can’t scroll. Complete tasks to build up energy. Use those points to unlock screen time, or save them to spend on in-game items like pets, skins, and backgrounds.
