assa is a nutrition and workout journal that feels as simple as Notes. Type what you ate, how you trained, what you weighed, how much you drank — all into one quiet field — and assa figures out the macros, the calorie burn, and the totals for you.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG • Food — type "150g chicken" or "1 cup oats" and assa resolves the macros automatically. Tap the barcode icon to scan a packaged product. • Recipes — save a multi-ingredient meal once, then re-log it any day with a single word. Macros recompute when portions change. • Workouts — type "gym" or "lift" to start a session. Pick a saved plan or freestyle. Reps, weight, and total volume tracked per exercise. • Cardio — "5 km run", "30 min swim", "12k steps walk" — distance, time, and a MET-based calorie estimate. • Weight — bare numbers like "96 kg" or "185 lb" snap into a separate weight log. • Water — "2 cups of water" or "500 ml" lands in the cup at the bottom of the screen.

THE FEED Every day's logs sit in one Notes-style page: weight at the top, workouts and cardio in the middle, food at the bottom. Swipe right on any row to see when you logged it; swipe left to delete.

THE NUMBERS Tap the bottom card to open Insights — daily totals, weekly trends, milestones, and a personalized calorie + protein target based on your goal (maintain, fat loss, or muscle gain).

APPLE HEALTH assa pushes your food, water, weight, and workouts into Apple Health so the Fitness app, Apple Watch, and your other health apps can see them. assa never reads from Health.

PRIVACY • Sign in with Apple — your email is the only personal detail we touch. • Your data is encrypted in transit and scoped to your account only. • Delete your account from inside the app and every byte goes with it.
