Sihtak (كتحص) is a personal health tracking app for Arabic and English speakers. It helps you keep your medications, vaccinations, lab results, and vital signs in one place, share information with family members, and get educational health information from an AI assistant in your own dialect.

Sihtak is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

AI Health Assistant Ask general health questions in Arabic or English. Sihtak's assistant draws on your tracked medications, lab readings, and vitals to give you tailored, educational responses. Every reply ends with a clear disclaimer reminding you to consult your doctor.

Lab Insights Snap a photo of a lab report to log it. View your readings alongside typical reference ranges, see trends across visits, and share with family or providers. Sihtak presents information; it does not diagnose.

Medication Logging Add medications, set reminders, get drug-interaction information, see low-stock alerts. Reminders fire even when the app is closed, in your local timezone. Family members can be notified.

Symptom Diary Log how you are feeling in your own words. Sihtak keeps a record so you and your doctor can see patterns over time. Mark items resolved when they clear up.

Family and Care Team Add family members, share information with permission, message and call. Loved ones get notified for events you opt in to.

Voice and Video Calls Talk to family or your healthcare provider with secure end-to-end calls.

Vitals, Vaccinations, Period Tracking, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Mood Log everything in one place with bilingual labels and Arabic-aware date and number formatting.

Emergency SOS One-tap call to local emergency services and a QR code for paramedics with your allergies, blood type, and current medications.

Privacy First AES-256 encryption at rest, GDPR-compliant exports, biometric app lock. Your data is never sold.

Full right-to-left support; Arabic primary, English secondary. Recognises Syrian Ministry of Health-listed medications by name. Ramadan-aware reminders (suhoor and iftar windows, opt-in). Eastern (٠١٢٣) and Western (0123) numerals supported.
