المراجعات سلبية في الغالب: غالبية المستخدمين يعانون من صعوبات بالحجز، فالمواعيد مغلقة أو غير قابلة للحجز أو إعادة الجدولة. كما لا يمكن إضافة تابِعين، وبعض المواعيد لا تُعرض في المستشفى الرئيسي وتقتصر على مراكز صحية، وتظهر بيانات مكررة وتفلّت الإشعارات. الدعم والتواصل ضعيفان مع تأخر الرد. توجد إشارات إيجابية قليلة مثل 'عناية فائقة' وتطلّع للتحسن. بشكل عام يحتاج التطبيق إلى تحسينات جذرية في الحجز، عرض المواعيد والتقارير، وإدارة التابعين مقارنة بتطبيقات سابقة.
