Scan a label. Point the camera at a bottle and it is identified and added, with name, producer, vintage and category filled in for you.

Every item carries its own photo, description, vendor, value and storage location, so the item is identifiable by anyone on the team, not just the person who logged it.

Customs declaration. Every bottle and tobacco unit with size, quantity, litres, unit price and declared value, subtotalled by category and ready to hand to your agent.

Full inventory report. The complete internal record with locations, vendors and values, or with prices hidden for a clean stock-count sheet.

Uniform handover. A signed-off record when a crew member joins or leaves.
