For 29 years and 125+ trips, we've taken our travelers across the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, and the Caribbean — with the 1:4 staff ratio, medical professionals, and structure that lets every traveler thrive.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: • Day-by-day itinerary for every trip you're on • Real-time messaging with Scott, the staff, and your trip group • A private photo + video gallery shared by everyone on the trip • Flight tracking with departure/arrival times • Hotel info and rooming list at your fingertips • Live trip map showing your group's location during active trips • Real-time weather and currency conversion for each destination • 11 destination-themed games — trivia, memory match, word search, jigsaw, and more

FOR FAMILIES: • Both parents can have linked accounts to follow their adult traveler • Complete the medical form, upload passport, manage OTC medication approvals • Review the rooming list before departure • See daily roll-call attendance during the trip • Send and receive messages with the staff

FOR THE TRAVELER: • Your own private profile with your trip roster, flights, and itinerary • Built-in messaging with your group • Your photos uploaded into your personal gallery • Accessibility settings: reduce motion, larger text

FOR STAFF AND ADMINS (invitation only): • Staff-only electronic medication administration (eMAR) with allergy banners and controlled-substance count • HIPAA-eligible medical record handling under AWS Business Associate Agreement • Two-factor authentication for high-privilege roles

PRIVACY AND SAFETY: We've built this app on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure. Personal health information is encrypted at rest with customer-managed keys, audit-logged on every access, and visible only to authorized staff and admins. Account holders can delete their account in-app at any time.

ABOUT FRONTIER TRAVEL CLUB: Scott Fineman founded Frontier in 1997 after years working as a counselor for adults with disabilities. He has personally led every Frontier trip — 200+ of them, across 50+ countries — with a clinical foundation (MSW, Fordham University) and 32 years of experience supporting travelers on the Autism Spectrum. Frontier is family-run, family-trusted, and we answer our own email.
