Intrepid: Travel & Connect

I booked a $2,000 tour in Greece, only to be denied entry/service. They promised in writing that my money would be fully refunded within two weeks. It has now been almost a month. I have spent weeks chasing customer support with endless follow-ups, and I have received nothing but runarounds and still no refund. Taking $2,000 and refusing to return it after failing to provide the service is unacceptable. Do not trust them with your money.

Chloe was awesome, she is definitely very knowledgeable and was great giving us the history and background of the sites that we visited. She led our group very well.
