Patterned, time-stamped documentation does. NeighborLog is the private evidence journal for that work.

Photograph the cracked driveway, the leaning fence, the encroaching shed - with GPS coordinates and timestamps preserved. Track every complaint you filed with the city, police, animal control, or HOA, and what came back.
