Focus:Tower Flow

Build a calmer routine by turning focused time into a living 3D building. Choose a 5, 15, 25, or 45 minute session, or set your own duration from 1 to 180 minutes. Start the session and a crane begins lowering a new block into place. The countdown, progress line, and block movement stay linked, so every minute visibly brings the next piece closer to the stack. Complete the session to lock the block, add to your count, and record the focus time. Cancel early if needed - the current block is removed while the rest of the building remains.

Each session can place a different 3D piece, including logs, houses, shop blocks, and hex shapes. Save a finished building with a custom name, begin a new build, and keep past creations in a visual gallery. Gallery cards show rendered thumbnails, dates, and block counts. Search, sort by date, name, or height, filter by building size, select multiple buildings, delete with undo, rename saved builds, and open any building in a full-screen 3D viewer with drag orbit, pinch zoom, and selectable scene moods.

Daily habits live beside focus sessions. Create or edit habits with a name, color, and 3D companion shape such as gem, plant, droplet, ring, cube, sphere, capsule, or column. Mark today done with one tap, search your list, review current and longest habit streaks, and remove items with undo.

Stats turn effort into clear milestones: total focused time, blocks placed, current and longest streaks, habits completed today, a 7-day focus chart, recent session history, fun facts, and achievement badges for repeated progress. Personalize the experience with a nickname and avatar image, set the default duration, switch sounds, haptics, and 3D tips, and keep all buildings, sessions, habits, thumbnails, and profile settings on device.
