Most quit-vaping apps either ask you to go cold turkey or hand you a fixed calendar. Quit is different. It builds a tapering plan around your real numbers — how often you vape today, how long you can hold off, the pace you want to move at — and then quietly adjusts that plan every day based on what you actually do. No streaks that reset. No failure state. No shame.

THE TWO-BUTTON MODEL Open the app on a craving. Read the ring. Tap "I'm vaping" or "I'm craving." That's the whole interaction. The ring shows whether you're inside your current gap (hold on if you can) or past it (you're free to vape — and you've already won this round). The plan does the thinking so you don't have to.

A PLAN THAT ADAPTS TO REAL LIFE Held off well for a few days? Your goal date pulls in. Had a rough stretch? The plan eases — gentler, not harsher. Long holds past your gap quietly stretch the next one. Forgotten logs and sleep don't count against you. The app asks when something looks off rather than assuming the worst.

YOUR PATH AS A CURVE The Path tab maps your full plan onto a single chart — your starting gap on one end, the 24h target on the other, with your actual day-to-day trajectory traced on top. Tap or drag the chart and a crosshair shows that date's goal — and what you actually held, if it's a past day. Milestone gems mark the round-number gaps (1h, 4h, 8h, 24h) with their projected dates.

YESTERDAY · TODAY · TOMORROW A glanceable strip pins the immediate state. Yesterday: goal vs held. Today (live): goal vs so-far. Tomorrow: the projected goal — extending, holding, or easing. Tap any column for a richer view: today's gaps so far, or a plain-language explanation of why tomorrow is moving (or staying).

A STORY FEED OF MOMENTS Below the chart, a curated feed surfaces only the moments that matter: every plan adjustment with a plain-language reason ("3 strong days · goal pulled in"), your start, graduation, settled milestones. Tap "See all days" to drill into any single past day.

END-OF-DAY MEANS PROGRESS, NOT ADMIN The evening notification opens straight to the Path tab. Tap today's card to wrap up — confirm any moments you forgot to log and the day settles into place.

BUILT ON YOUR NUMBERS, NOT A FIXED CALENDAR Onboarding takes about a minute and asks four quick questions: how often you vape, your longest recent gap, what your pods cost, and the pace you want to quit at. From your answers Quit estimates a realistic starting gap, a sensible pace, and a target date you can actually reach. You can change any of it later in Settings.

YOUR DATA Your vaping logs and personal plan stay on your device — there's no account and no cloud sync of your activity. The app uses standard mobile measurement tools to understand how the app is used and how new users discover it. Full details are listed in the App Privacy section.

7-DAY FREE TRIAL Full access during the trial. We'll remind you before it ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings. Two subscription options are offered — a yearly plan (best value) and a monthly plan; current pricing is shown on the paywall in your local currency.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID Settings. The trial converts to the paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
