LOST THE REMOTE? ZYBRA STILL WORKS

Most universal-remote apps secretly need your original TV remote during pairing. Zybra is built around the opposite assumption: that you do NOT have it.

• Roku: no pairing at all. Install and start controlling.
• LG webOS: TV displays a PIN, you type it in. No remote tap.
• Vizio SmartCast: TV displays a PIN, you type it in.
• Amazon Fire TV: TV displays a PIN, you type it in.
• Google TV and Sony Bravia: TV displays a 6-character code, you type it in.
• Samsung Tizen: needs a tap on the original remote (or a 30 second auto-allow on some 2018-2019 firmware). The only brand where Wi-Fi alone is not enough.

PRIVACY

Zybra Remote Control runs entirely on your local Wi-Fi. Pairing tokens are stored in your iPhone Keychain and never leave the device.

A NOTE ON APPLE TV

Apple TV is intentionally not controllable from third-party apps. We surface Apple TVs in discovery so you know they are there, but the actual remote stays in iOS Control Center.
