What Milo does: Log your circuits, splits, and exercises with complete flexibility. Every exercise is yours to define — choose from an expansive curated set of attributes including weight, reps, sets, RPE, pace, heart rate, rounds, elevation gain, and more. No category forces you into a template. Build the log that reflects how you actually train. Watch your progress in a clean, interactive line chart. Scrub through your entire history and see every attribute logged at any point in time. The data is yours — precise, unambiguous, and always accessible.
