Mark a house Completed and the app changes shape. Maintenance, appliances, utility bills, warranties and parking unlock on their own, the house moves to the Home tab, and the whole construction record steps aside into its own page. Still there, just out of the way.

No account. No sign-up. No server. Dream Villa makes no network requests at all, so nothing you record ever leaves your device. There are no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Lock the app with a passcode or Face ID, and export everything as a single backup file that stays yours.

A note on the calculators: they use industry thumb rules and are meant for planning. Always confirm quantities with a qualified engineer or architect before you order materials or start building.
