Most sleep apps hand you scores and walk away. Goodmorrow reads your last 60 nights, finds the one change most likely to help, and walks you through it. Every habit comes from cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), the best-studied non-drug approach to sleep.

You start one habit. When it sticks, the next unlocks. Habits don't disappear once they end. They keep tracking, so the work adds up.

How it works:

  1. Sign in with Apple, connect your smart ring.
  2. Run the analysis. We read 60 nights of data and show you what the numbers actually support.
  3. Get a 3-to-7 habit plan in priority order. Edit it before you start.
  4. Tap once a day to mark today done. The streak counts up.

What you won't find:

No guilt-trip notifications. No medical advice. No score that means nothing.

What you do need:
