— RECEIPT CAPTURE — Take a photo, pick from your library, or share a receipt directly from Photos, Safari, Mail, or Files using the Share Extension. Receipts are stored securely on your device and synced privately to your iCloud. Enter the vendor, date, totals, and line items by hand — every field is editable.

— OPTIONAL: GOOGLE GEMINI INTEGRATION — If you already use Google AI Studio, you can paste your personal Gemini API key in Settings to skip manual data entry on receipts. The integration is entirely optional — the app is fully functional without it, and we do not sell, process, or unlock anything in exchange for a key. Your key is stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device.

— GPS MILEAGE TRACKING — Tap once to start a trip and let GPS record your route in the background. When you stop, E&M Tracker calculates your deductible amount at the current IRS or CRA per-mile/km rate and saves a map snapshot of the drive.

— IRS & CRA TAX CATEGORIES — Pre-loaded with United States and Canadian tax categories, each with the correct deductible percentage. Tap to assign a category to any receipt or trip, and add custom categories for anything specific to your business.

— PDF & CSV REPORTS — Generate expense reports for any date range, filtered by company. Export as a formatted PDF or a flat CSV. Email them directly from the app to your accountant or to yourself.

— MULTI-COMPANY & MULTI-CURRENCY — Track expenses for multiple companies in a single app. Record expenses in any currency — reports convert automatically to your display currency using live exchange rates.

— PRIVATE BY DESIGN — Your financial data belongs to you. Everything syncs through your private iCloud database — Apple cannot read it and we do not run a server that sees it. No analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no trackers.
