The RollWise training tool provides a completely customizable round timer for Jiu Jitsu Sparring. Users can choose to run a basic interval timer for rolling, or use the structured sparring sessions in the app to provide intentional, gamified rolling sessions centered around positional sparring, drilling certain moves, submission hunting, or randomized competition rounds. This app is built by grapplers and coaches, for grapplers and coaches. Instructors can use the app to guide their students through structured sessions of live rounds, students can use this to hone in their weapons or build up defenses against their partners. The user can build custom timer intervals and save them for later use. The user is also capable of creating or adding custom techniques to their card deck to be utilized in structured sessions. The timer will display relevant techniques for the structured sessions in an easy to read format on screen, and also loudly announce the technique using voiceover technology so you can focus on recovery between rounds. The app provides an endless supply of training variables, so you never get bored or stagnant with training and break through plateaus.
