Gravistone is not limited to a single company or a predefined group of organizations. Any construction company can become a Gravistone customer and use the platform for its projects, teams, and operational processes.

MATERIAL ORDER WORKFLOW

A site supervisor or manager creates a material order for a project. The manager reviews and approves or rejects it. The procurement team checks whether materials are available in storage or need to be purchased. The logistics employee collects, purchases, and delivers the approved materials. The site supervisor then confirms received quantities and identifies missing items.

This workflow helps construction companies maintain accurate information about requested, approved, purchased, collected, delivered, and received materials.

Gravistone also includes a web platform for authorized company administrators, managers, and procurement employees.

AVAILABLE TO CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES

Gravistone is a multi-company B2B platform available to construction businesses of different sizes.

Each customer company receives its own secure organization workspace. Company projects, employees, tasks, material orders, and operational information are separated from the data of other organizations.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Public employee self-registration is not available in the mobile application.

A construction company must first be onboarded to the Gravistone platform. After the company workspace is created, an authorized company administrator can create employee accounts through the web platform and assign roles, permissions, and projects.

Employees can then sign in to the mobile application using their registered phone number and verification code.

This process ensures that employees are connected to the correct company, role, permissions, and construction projects.
