FenceTracer Worker is the mobile field app for FenceTracer, the project management and estimating platform built for fence contractors. It is designed for the people actually installing the work: foremen, crew leads, and installers who need job information on-site from a phone, not a desktop.

What It Does

Today View: See the jobs assigned to your crew for the day, in the order your office scheduled them.

All Jobs: Access your full upcoming job queue to prepare for future installs or review upcoming work.

Job Details: Open complete job information including:

• Customer details
• Site address
• Fence drawing previews
• Material takeoffs and scope created by the estimator

This ensures the install team knows exactly what was sold and what needs to be built.

Field Status Updates: Send structured progress updates directly from the field, including:

• On Site
• In Progress
• Delayed
• Complete

No long texts or back-and-forth phone calls required.

Mark Jobs Complete: Close out jobs from the field the moment work is finished so the office can invoice immediately without chasing updates.

Who It's For:

FenceTracer Worker is intended for installation crews working for companies already using FenceTracer.

If your company uses FenceTracer for estimating and scheduling fence projects, your administrator can invite you to the platform and assign jobs directly to your device. Once connected, your assigned jobs will appear automatically.

An active company account is required to use the app.
