ATTENDANCE & PUNCH IN/OUT Mark your daily attendance using GPS-verified punch in and punch out. The app confirms your location against your company's configured work zones before recording attendance, ensuring accurate and tamper-proof records. If a punch entry needs correction, submit a regularisation request directly from the app for HR review.

LIVE LOCATION TRACKING For field staff and mobile workers, AttendancePay supports live location tracking during active work sessions. Location is shared with your organisation only when tracking is enabled by your employer and you are actively on shift. All location data is transmitted securely and used solely for workforce management purposes.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT Apply for leave in seconds. View your available balance across all leave types, track the status of pending requests, and receive instant notifications when your application is approved or rejected.

PAYROLL & PAYSLIPS Access your payslips for any month directly from the app. View your full salary breakdown including earnings, deductions, and net pay. Download payslips for your own records at any time.

TASKS View tasks assigned to you by your manager, check deadlines, and track completion. Stay on top of daily responsibilities without needing to check email.

IMPORTANT AttendancePay is a private enterprise application. It requires valid credentials issued by your employer to log in. The app is not available for self-registration and is intended exclusively for employees of organisations subscribed to the AttendancePay platform.

Location access is used solely for attendance verification and field staff tracking as described above. Background location is requested only for employees whose organisation has enabled live tracking, and only while they are actively on shift. Camera access is used only to capture attendance photos where required by your organisation's attendance policy.
