One iPad for the whole crew. Kiosk mode turns a shared iPad into a punch station: pair it once and everyone punches in with their name and a PIN.

QuickBooks Online and Square, built into the app. Connect either one, map your people, and push a whole pay period of approved hours straight through, no double entry. Re-exporting never creates duplicates.

Approve in one tap. Review shifts, approve or reject a whole pay period at once, and mark it paid. Add a shift when someone forgot to punch, move it to the right job site, split it across sites or shifts, or delete it.

Roles that fit how you work. Managers approve their own crew, and a senior manager can oversee other managers and their teams. Hand payroll to a dedicated Payroll role that marks the ready periods paid and cannot approve or reject a shift. Same with the Accounting role.

Paid time off that accrues. Punch tracks balances that build with tenure across vacation, sick and personal time.

Commission, bonuses, and paid travel. Employees log sales with a tap, managers approve them, and approved sales pay out with the pay period, a percent of sales or an amount per unit. Owners add bonuses by pay period, month, quarter, or year. Record in-transit time as its own shift with its own rate. Punch counts all of it toward overtime.

Overtime and pay, done for your country. Pick your country at signup and Punch attaches your local overtime rules automatically, across 60 countries, and bills you in your own currency in 35 of them. Coverage spans the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, 20 countries of the euro area, the Nordics, central and eastern Europe, India, Brazil, Japan, Korea, southeast Asia, Australia, all six Gulf states, and Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Chile.
