Saketracker is a single-purpose iOS app that lets you log every drink with one tap and tracks daily / weekly pure-alcohol grams plus your consecutive alcohol-free (AF) day streak.

"Was I drinking too much this week?" "How many AF days do I have going?" — for people who want to see the numbers and self-regulate.

■ What "pure alcohol grams" means Volume (mL) × ABV (%) / 100 × 0.8 — the standard formula used by Japan's MHLW (Kenkou Nippon 21, 3rd edition). It lets you compare beer, highball, sake, etc. on a single g scale. Example: 500mL of 5% beer = 20g. Note: pure alcohol grams is not the same unit as US "standard drinks" (14g) or UK "units" (8g). Use the scale that matches your local guidance.
